撒母耳记上第27章
概览
大卫绝望地认定扫罗终必杀他，便带着六百人投奔非利士的迦特王亚吉，王把边境的洗革拉城赐给他。大卫从那里攻击基述人、基色人和亚玛力人——这些都是以色列的仇敌——却欺哄亚吉，使他以为大卫在攻击自己犹大的同胞。大卫不留一个活口，免得有消息传到亚吉那里，亚吉便完全信任他，视他为永久的臣属。
1大 卫 心 里 说 ： 必 有 一 日 我 死 在 扫 罗 手 里 ， 不 如 逃 奔 非 利 士 地 去 。 扫 罗 见 我 不 在 以 色 列 的 境 内 ， 就 必 绝 望 ， 不 再 寻 索 我 ； 这 样 我 可 以 脱 离 他 的 手 。And David said in his heart, I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul: there is nothing better for me than that I should speedily escape into the land of the Philistines; and Saul shall despair of me, to seek me any more in any coast of Israel: so shall I escape out of his hand.
2於 是 大 卫 起 身 ， 和 跟 随 他 的 六 百 人 投 奔 迦 特 王 ─ 玛 俄 的 儿 子 亚 吉 去 了 。And David arose, and he passed over with the six hundred men that were with him unto Achish, the son of Maoch, king of Gath.
3大 卫 和 他 的 两 个 妻 ， 就 是 耶 斯 列 人 亚 希 暖 和 作 过 拿 八 妻 的 迦 密 人 亚 比 该 ， 并 跟 随 他 的 人 ， 连 各 人 的 眷 属 ， 都 住 在 迦 特 的 亚 吉 那 里 。And David dwelt with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, even David with his two wives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the Carmelitess, Nabal's wife.
4有 人 告 诉 扫 罗 说 ： 大 卫 逃 到 迦 特 。 扫 罗 就 不 再 寻 索 他 了 。And it was told Saul that David was fled to Gath: and he sought no more again for him.
5大 卫 对 亚 吉 说 ： 我 若 在 你 眼 前 蒙 恩 ， 求 你 在 京 外 的 城 邑 中 赐 我 一 个 地 方 居 住 。 仆 人 何 必 与 王 同 住 京 都 呢 ？And David said unto Achish, If I have now found grace in thine eyes, let them give me a place in some town in the country, that I may dwell there: for why should thy servant dwell in the royal city with thee?
6当 日 亚 吉 将 洗 革 拉 赐 给 他 ， 因 此 洗 革 拉 属 犹 大 王 ， 直 到 今 日 。Then Achish gave him Ziklag that day: wherefore Ziklag pertaineth unto the kings of Judah unto this day.
7大 卫 在 非 利 士 地 住 了 一 年 零 四 个 月 。And the time that David dwelt in the country of the Philistines was a full year and four months.
8大 卫 和 跟 随 他 的 人 上 去 ， 侵 夺 基 述 人 、 基 色 人 、 亚 玛 力 人 之 地 。 这 几 族 历 来 住 在 那 地 ， 从 书 珥 直 到 埃 及 。And David and his men went up, and invaded the Geshurites, and the Gezrites, and the Amalekites: for those nations were of old the inhabitants of the land, as thou goest to Shur, even unto the land of Egypt.
9大 卫 击 杀 那 地 的 人 ， 无 论 男 女 都 没 有 留 下 一 个 ， 又 夺 获 牛 、 羊 、 骆 驼 、 驴 ， 并 衣 服 ， 回 来 见 亚 吉 。And David smote the land, and left neither man nor woman alive, and took away the sheep, and the oxen, and the asses, and the camels, and the apparel, and returned, and came to Achish.
10亚 吉 说 ： 你 们 今 日 侵 夺 了 甚 麽 地 方 呢 ？ 大 卫 说 ： 侵 夺 了 犹 大 的 南 方 、 耶 拉 篾 的 南 方 、 基 尼 的 南 方 。And Achish said, Whither have ye made a road to day? And David said, Against the south of Judah, and against the south of the Jerahmeelites, and against the south of the Kenites.
11无 论 男 女 ， 大 卫 没 有 留 下 一 个 带 到 迦 特 来 。 他 说 ： 恐 怕 他 们 将 我 们 的 事 告 诉 人 ， 说 大 卫 住 在 非 利 士 地 的 时 候 常 常 这 样 行 。And David saved neither man nor woman alive, to bring tidings to Gath, saying, Lest they should tell on us, saying, So did David, and so will be his manner all the while he dwelleth in the country of the Philistines.
12亚 吉 信 了 大 卫 ， 心 里 说 ： 大 卫 使 本 族 以 色 列 人 憎 恶 他 ， 所 以 他 必 永 远 作 我 的 仆 人 了 。And Achish believed David, saying, He hath made his people Israel utterly to abhor him; therefore he shall be my servant for ever.
