以西结书第19章
概览
以西结为以色列的众王子作了一篇正式的哀歌，把王室比作母狮，她的小狮子被掳——一只被牵到埃及，另一只被关在笼中拖到巴比伦。接着他转换比喻，把王室比作栽在水边、果实累累的葡萄树，如今在烈怒中被拔出、移栽到旷野，又被从自己枝条发出的火所吞灭，再无刚强的杖可以掌权。本章是一篇挽歌，哀悼大卫王朝随着末代诸王被掳而崩溃。
1你 当 为 以 色 列 的 王 作 起 哀 歌 ，Moreover take thou up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,
2说 ： 你 的 母 亲 是 甚 麽 呢 ？ 是 个 母 狮 子 ， 蹲 伏 在 狮 子 中 间 ， 在 少 壮 狮 子 中 养 育 小 狮 子 。And say, What is thy mother? A lioness: she lay down among lions, she nourished her whelps among young lions.
3在 他 小 狮 子 中 养 大 一 个 ， 成 了 少 壮 狮 子 ， 学 会 抓 食 而 吃 人 。And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.
4列 国 听 见 了 就 把 他 捉 在 他 们 的 坑 中 ， 用 钩 子 拉 到 埃 及 地 去 。The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.
5母 狮 见 自 己 等 候 失 了 指 望 ， 就 从 他 小 狮 子 中 又 将 一 个 养 为 少 壮 狮 子 。Now when she saw that she had waited, and her hope was lost, then she took another of her whelps, and made him a young lion.
6他 在 众 狮 子 中 走 来 走 去 ， 成 了 少 壮 狮 子 ， 学 会 抓 食 而 吃 人 。And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.
7他 知 道 列 国 的 宫 殿 ， 又 使 他 们 的 城 邑 变 为 荒 场 ； 因 他 咆 哮 的 声 音 ， 遍 地 和 其 中 所 有 的 就 都 荒 废 。And he knew their desolate palaces, and he laid waste their cities; and the land was desolate, and the fulness thereof, by the noise of his roaring.
8於 是 四 围 邦 国 各 省 的 人 来 攻 击 他 ， 将 网 撒 在 他 身 上 ， 捉 在 他 们 的 坑 中 。Then the nations set against him on every side from the provinces, and spread their net over him: he was taken in their pit.
9他 们 用 钩 子 钩 住 他 ， 将 他 放 在 笼 中 ， 带 到 巴 比 伦 王 那 里 ， 将 他 放 入 坚 固 之 所 ， 使 他 的 声 音 在 以 色 列 山 上 不 再 听 见 。And they put him in ward in chains, and brought him to the king of Babylon: they brought him into holds, that his voice should no more be heard upon the mountains of Israel.
10你 的 母 亲 先 前 如 葡 萄 树 ， 极 其 茂 盛 （ 原 文 是 在 你 血 中 ） ， 栽 於 水 旁 。 因 为 水 多 ， 就 多 结 果 子 ， 满 生 枝 子 ；Thy mother is like a vine in thy blood, planted by the waters: she was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.
11生 出 坚 固 的 枝 干 ， 可 作 掌 权 者 的 杖 。 这 枝 干 高 举 在 茂 密 的 枝 中 ， 而 且 他 生 长 高 大 ， 枝 子 繁 多 ， 远 远 可 见 。And she had strong rods for the sceptres of them that bare rule, and her stature was exalted among the thick branches, and she appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches.
12但 这 葡 萄 树 因 忿 怒 被 拔 出 摔 在 地 上 ； 东 风 吹 乾 其 上 的 果 子 ， 坚 固 的 枝 干 折 断 枯 乾 ， 被 火 烧 毁 了 ；But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her fruit: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them.
13如 今 栽 於 旷 野 乾 旱 无 水 之 地 。And now she is planted in the wilderness, in a dry and thirsty ground.
14火 也 从 他 枝 干 中 发 出 ， 烧 灭 果 子 ， 以 致 没 有 坚 固 的 枝 干 可 作 掌 权 者 的 杖 。 这 是 哀 歌 ， 也 必 用 以 作 哀 歌 。And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, which hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.
