诗篇第137章
概览
这是一篇出自巴比伦被掳时期、原始而哀伤的哀歌。在巴比伦的河边，被掳之人哭泣，把竖琴挂起，拒绝为掳掠他们之人取乐而唱耶和华的歌，并立誓永不忘记耶路撒冷。诗篇以针对巴比伦和以东那令人震惊的咒诅作结，哀求神向那毁灭圣城之人施行公义。
1我 们 曾 在 巴 比 伦 的 河 边 坐 下 ， 一 追 想 锡 安 就 哭 了 。By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion.
2我 们 把 琴 挂 在 那 里 的 柳 树 上 ；We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof.
3因 为 在 那 里 ， 掳 掠 我 们 的 要 我 们 唱 歌 ， 抢 夺 我 们 的 要 我 们 作 乐 ， 说 ： 给 我 们 唱 一 首 锡 安 歌 罢 ！For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying , Sing us one of the songs of Zion.
4我 们 怎 能 在 外 邦 唱 耶 和 华 的 歌 呢 ？How shall we sing the LORD'S song in a strange land?
5耶 路 撒 冷 啊 ， 我 若 忘 记 你 ， 情 愿 我 的 右 手 忘 记 技 巧 ！If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning .
6我 若 不 记 念 你 ， 若 不 看 耶 路 撒 冷 过 於 我 所 最 喜 乐 的 ， 情 愿 我 的 舌 头 贴 於 上 膛 ！If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.
7耶 路 撒 冷 遭 难 的 日 子 ， 以 东 人 说 ： 拆 毁 ！ 拆 毁 ！ 直 拆 到 根 基 ！ 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 记 念 这 仇 ！Remember, O LORD, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Rase it , rase it, even to the foundation thereof.
8将 要 被 灭 的 巴 比 伦 城 啊 （ 城 ： 原 文 是 女 子 ） ， 报 复 你 像 你 待 我 们 的 ， 那 人 便 为 有 福 ！O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be , that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.
9拿 你 的 婴 孩 摔 在 磐 石 上 的 ， 那 人 便 为 有 福 ！Happy shall he be , that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.
