Prayer

Lord, addiction is a yoke that promises everything and delivers bondage. I pray for those in the grip of substances, behaviors, and patterns they cannot break alone. You came to set captives free — this is that. Send the help they need: community, truth, and the power of the Spirit that breaks what human willpower cannot. Let the church be a place where recovery is welcomed.
