Prayer
Lord, I have lost some of the joy I once had. The wonder feels distant; the delight has faded. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation — not manufactured happiness but the deep, settled gladness that comes from knowing You are for me. Let worship break loose what has hardened. Let me laugh again and mean it.
