Lord Jesus, You didn't suggest love — You commanded it. Love is not a feeling we generate; it is a decision we make and a practice we sustain. Give me love that is patient in difficult relationships, kind when it costs me, and persistent across long seasons of disappointment. Let the love between Your people be so distinctive that the world takes notice.
