诗篇第120章

诗篇第一百二十篇是一首简短的哀歌，揭开「上行之诗」的序幕，是一位因说谎的嘴唇和诡诈的舌头而苦恼之敬拜者的呼求。他追想自己在患难中求告耶和华、蒙了应允，接着哀叹自己寄居在遥远之地、与好战仇敌为邻，而他自己却渴慕和平。它道出信徒被欺诈与争斗环绕的痛楚，却仍转向 神求帮助。
1（ 上 行 （ 或 作 登 阶 ， 下 同 ） 之 诗 。 ） 我 在 急 难 中 求 告 耶 和 华 ， 他 就 应 允 我 。A Song of degrees. In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.
2耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 救 我 脱 离 说 谎 的 嘴 唇 和 诡 诈 的 舌 头 ！Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.
3诡 诈 的 舌 头 啊 ， 要 给 你 甚 麽 呢 ？ 要 拿 甚 麽 加 给 你 呢 ？What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, thou false tongue?
4就 是 勇 士 的 利 箭 和 罗 腾 木 （ 小 树 名 ， 松 类 ） 的 炭 火 。Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.
5我 寄 居 在 米 设 ， 住 在 基 达 帐 棚 之 中 ， 有 祸 了 ！Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!
6我 与 那 恨 恶 和 睦 的 人 许 久 同 住 。My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.
7我 愿 和 睦 ， 但 我 发 言 ， 他 们 就 要 争 战 。I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war.
